Shipping is complimentary upon all orders. We ship domestically within Australia using Australia Post.

Express shipping is not offered online due to complexities with sending perfumer's alcohol-based products. If your order is urgent, please email us and we'll review whether we can express post your parcel.

Click & Collect now available. Select the free local pickup option at checkout. Collections are available whenever our shop is open. You will receive pickup instructions in the email that confirms your order is ready for collection. Please bring ID and show us your confirmation email.

You will receive tracking updates from Australia Post.

All of our shipping packaging is recyclable and plastic-free. We use beautifully custom-printed cardboard shipping boxes, masking tape and a fabulous brown paper cushioning protective wrap.

If you are not fully satisfied with any Essensorie purchase please contact us and we will refund you or offer a replacement.

International Shipping: Unfortunately after trialling international shipping, we have decided to remove this option. We apologise to our overseas fans. It has become too difficult with perfumer's alcohol-based products. Some countries' customs hold these parcels for weeks resulting in frustration all around.
